Short-Handed Falcons Can't Hang On
The boys' basketball team was back in action last night, but short-handed because a number of key players were performing in a choir concert. Playing with only 6 of their regulars, the Falcons couldn't hang on against at a tough Western Reserve team. It was a back and forth game that was tied heading into the final quarter. Despite some tough defense, the Falcons fell 45-40. Don Rashad led the team with 13 points, while Thomas Jackson contributed 11. The Falcons will be back at full-strength for their next game, January 4th against Cornerstone Christian.
